High school registration

It’s Time to Register for High School!

If your 8th grader plans to attend Berkeley High School next year, you must register them before February 27. 

Step 1: Download and complete the fillable form packet which includes:

• Registration Form

• Student Emergency Card

• Medical History Form

Step 2: Upload your immunization records

Step 3: Combine all completed forms and immunization records into a single email to newregistration.bhs@berkeley.net. Use the following subject line format: Grade Level - Last Name, First Name (Example: 9 - Smith, Sarah).
